Shipping

LCM normally ships orders via UPS or USPS ground delivery. Shipping next day or 2nd day air is available on most items. Shipping costs will be based on Item weight, number of packages and destination. These costs will be calculated at checkout.

A representative will call you to discuss any additional shipping charges before your order is shipped if needed.

Shipping (Internationally)

International Shipments are processed via United States Postal Service. Our website will calculate shipping costs via USPS however, if any changes or additional charges need to be applied a representative will contact you.

Returns

LCM accepts all returns or exchanges within 90 days of purchase with the exception of special orders and electronic parts.

Please call 800.761.8230 to obtain a Return Authorization number.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.

Please have the following information when requesting a return:

1. Invoice or P.O.
2. Date of purchase
3. Part number
4. Reason for return

 

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Special orders and non-stock items may incur a restocking fee.

Discontinued or obsolete items are not eligible for return.

Warranties

LCM provides a 90 day warranty on all laundry parts. We will offer a replacement or refund of the parts original purchase price.

If you need to return your item you will need a Return Authorization number. Please refer to the returns portion of our policies for further instructions.

Terms & Conditions

• Unused/Sealed replacement parts can be returned within 90 days of invoice.
• To request a Return Authorization number for returns, call us at 800.761.8230.
• Warranties are in accordance with current Manufacturers' Policies. No Labor Warranty.
• Manufacturer's part numbers & illustrations intended for identification purposes only.
• Parts are subject to availability and may be out of stock at time of order.
• Backorders will be shipped as soon as they are received. Shipping charges will be added to back orders.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Sales Tax is collected in NY.
